Privacy Policy
Norsfell Games Inc. (“we”/”us”) is committed to providing great games and working to make them better. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use and distribute information collected through our games (together the “Services”) and through other sources. In this Privacy Policy “You” refers to any user of our Services.
1. CONSENT
We need Your consent (or parental consent if You are under 16) to process Your personal information.
Please read this Policy carefully because if You use the Services (eg. downloading and playing our games), You are consenting to the use of Your information as described in this Policy. If You are below the age of 16 (or a minor in Your country or place of residence), You must have Your parents or legal guardian’s permission to use or access the Services. We may modify this Policy (see further: Amendments to this Policy) and continued use of the Services signifies Your consent to these changes. If You do not agree to anything in this Policy, do not use (or continue to use) the Services.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We collect non-personal information and some personal information. This section defines the types of data. We have legal obligations in relation to personal information but we include details of our non-personal information collection and uses for transparency.
“Personal Information” is information that identifies an individual, such as Your name, address, e-mail address, birth date and gender. “Non-Personal Information” is information which doesn’t identify an individual such as statistics about users’ activities in the games and preferences as a whole. We collect information through the services directly from You (eg. if You contact us with a question), via third party partners (eg. ad and channel partners) and through the use of technology (eg. session cookies)
3rd Party Sources: In some instances we embed third party components in our Services which means that our third party partners will have visibility of your unique device identifier (for the smartphone or computing device that you use to access the Services) and activities carried out using that device in relation to the Services. Analytics companies used by us may combine Non-Personal Information collected by us with other information they have independently collected through other services about Your activities. The use of such data (eg. reporting aggregate information) by these third parties is not controlled by us and is subject to their own separate privacy policies. We may also receive data from 3rd party services (eg. if You have liked our Facebook page we will be able to see Your name but will not have access to any other information unless You provide that to us).
Advertisements: Advertisements appearing on or within the Services may be delivered by us or by third-party web advertisers. These advertisers may set cookies which allow the advertisement server operated by that third party to recognize Your device each time they send You an advertisement. Accordingly, advertisement servers may compile information about where or whether You viewed their advertisements and which advertisements You clicked on. These advertising companies who deliver ads for us may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies (which we have no control over) and which may differ from our own privacy policies set out in this document. Note: if You do not want to be subject to ad serving technologies which are integrated in the Services, do not use or access the Services.
3. HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide and improve our services, we sometimes need to share information with third parties – this section explains more about our own uses and disclosures and transfers of information.
We use Personal Information to respond to enquiries and to improve the Services. We will maintain the confidentiality of any Personal Information You provide to us and will use it only for the purposes for which we have collected it (subject to the exclusions and disclosures we have listed below). If we share Personal Information with third parties, it will be subject to contractual restrictions prohibiting them from using it for any other purpose than those agreed with us.
Important Exceptions: We may disclose Personal Information to third parties without Your consent if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone. We may also disclose Personal Information when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by and in accordance with the law. We may disclose, transfer or otherwise share Your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets. The party receiving Your Personal Information will assume the rights and obligations regarding Your Personal Information as described in this Policy.
4. OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT OUR DATA PRACTISES

We have implemented procedures designed to limit the dissemination of Your Personal Information to only such designated staff as are reasonably necessary to carry out the stated purposes we have communicated to You.

You have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about You in order to verify the Personal Information we have collected in respect of You and to have a general account of our uses of that information. Upon receipt of Your written request, we will provide You with a copy of Your Personal Information.
External Parties and Sites. Through the Services You may be introduced to third party vendors and websites. The privacy policies of these third parties are not under our control and may differ from ours. The use of any information that You may provide to any third party will be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the website You are visiting. If You have any doubts about the privacy of the information You are providing on another website, we recommend that You contact that website directly for more information and review its privacy policy.
Amendments to this Policy. We reserve the right to change this Policy from time to time for example, to reflect changes to the Personal Information we collect or the uses we make of it or to make updates required by applicable privacy law.
